So this is probably a little OTT but I have to say I pretty much agree with it all. I am huge fan of being fit, but I have very little time for gyms as I think they are basically a waste of money.

Spend your money on a personal trainer and some targeted classes, but stay well clear of those monthly membership payments!!

The Diet Blog offers 10 ideas on how to get yourself into an exercise mindset. For example, mix up your routine to stave off boredom; add exercise to your calendar so it’s a planned event; and stop thinking ‘all or nothing’:

‘If I can’t do this workout properly, then there is no point in working out.’ I used to think like this. Now I think that even a 5 minute walk is better than 5 minutes on the couch. Even 10 minutes of light weights is better than nothing.
