Hot Training
My fitness push is already under threat for at least 2 reasons. It is suddenly SO hot here, AND as a consequence of the fact that most Spaniards (women anyway) aren’t that interested in going to the gym in July, most of the classes seems to have stopped for the month.
I’m not giving up but am definitely going to have to get up earlier and get my fitness stuff done before the sun hits full strength. Evenings are an option, but it depends how hot I have been during the day as to whether I can take any more. I’ve also always believed that if it is important to you to get something done, it’s a good idea to make sure you get it done first.
SO today having had phone calls to make first thing my fitness training will probably take a back seat, as I am already too hot just sitting at my desk, but as I am aching a little from yesterday, this is not too bad.

Fitness and diet has been a growing interest of mine for about 15 years now. What was initially just 'my thing' became a much stronger focus 8 years ago when I gave up working full time in business. I have since learned a lot about nutrition, and trained in Pilates mat work, as well as in more traditional gym programs.
We have travelled a lot in the last 6 years and I am only finally more settled in Almerimar this year. I know from this experience that at times it is difficult to lead a healthy lifestyle, but it is something that is very important to me.
My work with other people so far has been mainly one to one, which is how I prefer it, as I see diet and fitness as a very personal thing. We are all very different in what we are trying to achieve here and in the other things that are important in our lives!
